Due diligence, legal liaison, and transaction coordination from shortlist to completion.
Introductions to trusted service providers — schools, security consultants, medical, and property maintenance.
Coordination of arrival logistics, short-term accommodation where required, and utility establishment.
Available throughout the initial period of settlement for any property or logistics matters that arise.
This service is designed for principals and their families — not for institutional HR or group transfers. We work with the individual, maintain complete discretion regarding your presence in Kenya, and remain a trusted point of contact as long as the relationship is of use.
