Introductions
The oldest form of significant transfer: a trusted introduction, at the right moment, to the right party.
An Introduction Is Not a Listing
Most significant property transactions begin not with an advertisement but with a conversation between people who trust each other. Our role is to be the party that makes that conversation possible — on behalf of those who require it to remain private.
We maintain relationships across Kenya's investment and property landscape — with landowners, developers, family offices, advisors, and private individuals. These relationships are not transactional. They are sustained over time because the moment of genuine alignment between buyer and seller cannot be predicted in advance.
Buyer and Owner
If your criteria are specific and your process requires discretion, we can introduce you to opportunities not available through conventional channels. No listing will precede the conversation. Your identity and requirements remain protected until you choose otherwise.
If your property is not for public offering but might be transferred to the right party at the right moment, we can identify that party — without advertising, without broad exposure, and without pressure. The process moves at your pace and on your terms.
How an Introduction Is Made
Before any introduction is made, we assess whether the opportunity and the counterparty are genuinely suited. Wasted introductions damage relationships we have spent years building. We make them carefully.
We make initial contact under Graystone's name. No names, no terms, and no identifying details are disclosed until mutual interest has been established and both parties have consented to proceed.
When the conditions are right, we introduce the parties directly. From that point, the transaction proceeds between them — with our continued support, wherever it is needed, through to completion.
If your requirement or offering calls for this kind of introduction, we invite you to begin a quiet conversation. We will assess the fit and respond with the care the situation requires.
