Introductions

Not every property is offered openly. Some reach the right party only through relationships of long standing.

The Role We Play

Introduction, Not a Listing

Our role is to make such an introduction possible, on behalf of those who require it to remain private. The right property and the right party rarely align to a timetable. The relationships through which such introductions are made are built over years, not assembled for a single transaction.

Two Perspectives

Buyer and Owner

An introduction has two sides: a party seeking a particular property, and an owner considering whether to release one. Graystone protects the confidence of both until there is reason for the introduction to be made.

The Standard

Making an Introduction

An introduction is made only when the fit is real; a wasted one costs the relationships on which the next depends. The first approach is made under Graystone's name, with no identity or terms disclosed until both sides have expressed interest and agreed to proceed. Once the parties meet, they continue directly.
